All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering, if your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day, time depends on your country but usually our shipped items reach to clients within 4-6 business days.

This is a EUROPE based website - all prices are listed and processed in EURO.

RETURNS

You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your merchandise to make a return only if its found damaged If you would like to do so, please email info@savitrieurope.com with your Shopify Order Number. If the return is approved, we will instruct you to send the item(s) to our HeadQuarters. A full refund excluding shipping and any cudtom charges will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase in approximately 5-10 business days. Processing time may vary between banks.

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges due to the high volume of orders. If you need a different colour please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).
