HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Please note that shipping costs are calculated after your order is packed. Once all items are placed in the box, we measure the weight and dimensions, and based on your postal code, we confirm the final shipping cost.
You will receive a notification with the exact shipping fee before your order is dispatched.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO ?
We are shipping worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering, if your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day, time depends on your country but usually our shipped items reach to clients within 4-6 business days.
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
This is a EUROPE based website - all prices are listed and processed in EURO.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
RETURNS
You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your merchandise to make a return only if its found damaged If you would like to do so, please email info@savitrieurope.com with your Shopify Order Number. If the return is approved, we will instruct you to send the item(s) to our HeadQuarters. A full refund excluding shipping and any cudtom charges will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase in approximately 5-10 business days. Processing time may vary between banks.
EXCHANGES
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges due to the high volume of orders. If you need a different colour please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, (our apologies in advance) please email us right away at info@savitrieurope.com with your order information and we will contact you with the next steps.
